Dr Naledi Moyo-Ndwandwe – Executive Chairperson
Dr Naledi Moyo-Ndwandwe applies a dynamic hands-on approach to business and life, ensuring that everything she undertakes is a success. She completed her Doctorate of Philosophy in Social Sciences at Edinburgh University, Scotland, and since then has played a comprehensive role in government, with special focus on connecting local business to global markets. Naledi was the Chief Executive Officer of Trade and Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN) between June 2003 and September 2005, during which time the organisation facilitated the injection of billions of Rands into the local economy. She brings a wealth of experience and keen business acumen with her entry into the corporate world as Executive Chairperson of Nqobile/Assegai & Javelin. Such business experience and attendant knowledge of local business, multi-nationals, provincial and national governments, together with her reputation for sound corporate governance practices equips and enables her to steer Nqobile/Assegai & Javelin into the future.

 

Selvan Moodley – Chief Executive Officer
When it comes to injecting a fresh brand image, implementing change and establishing a sense of business direction, Selvan Moodley’s brand stewardship has produced dynamic growth for his clients and stakeholders. Breaking conventional, pre-conceived barriers is key to setting a brand apart from the rest. With 15 years experience in the advertising industry, including seven years as Chief Executive Officer of Assegai & Javelin Advertising, Selvan brings tremendous experience and expertise to every aspect of the creative process. His management of key accounts and projects over the years includes such corporates as: Crossley Carpets, ABSA, Microsoft, Tourism KwaZulu-Natal, Durban Africa, Grindrod, WorldSpace, CoroBrik, Dube TradePort, Total Commercial Services (TCS), Albaraka Bank, Spartan Technology Rentals and St Lucia Wetlands Park, to name but a few.
